Breakaway 315

DESCRIPTION

BREAKAWAY 315 is a concentrated, low-foam, chlorinated liquid detergent. It is highly alkaline, stable and contains extremely active components specifically designed for fast and efficient removal of soils such as butterfat, protein, carbohydrates, and dried-on residues. Fast draining and free rinsing. An excellent cleaner for CIP cleaning of hot and cold food product transfer lines and filling equipment as well as spray cleaning of over-the-road tankers and storage and process vessels. Effective for institutional dishwashing. Effective plastic, tub, tray and case wash. Effective stain removal on plastic ware.

BREAKAWAY 315 is a versatile cleaner designed for spray cleaning, circulation cleaning, pressure spray, foam and gel cleaning of equipment found in dairy, beverage, meat, poultry, hatchery and other food processing operations.

BREAKAWAY 315 may also be effectively used to CIP clean bakery liquid fermentation systems.

Cleaning: BREAKAWAY 315 is highly alkaline, stable and contains extremely active components specifically designed for fast and efficient removal of such soils as butterfat, protein and carbohydrate, even of dried-on residue. It is fast draining and free rinsing.

Chlorinated: Contains a high level of available chlorine which aids in the penetration and removal of protein films and stains from equipment surfaces. A 1-ounce-per-gallon solution gives an initial level of 200 ppm available chlorine. This high level of chlorine leaves equipment clean smelling and in institutional dish applications, stained cups, foggy glasses and dull-looking flatware bright and looking like new.
