HOW IT CLEANS
TO PASSIVATE STAINLESS STEEL: After cleaning with Brewhouse Alkaline Cleaner, prepare a 15% to 25% solution of product in water. Circulate at 135-145°F for 60 minutes (25% solution) or 90 minutes (15% solution). Drain system. Rinse thoroughly with potable water. Allow to air dry ~8 hours.
CIP CLEANING AND SCALE REMOVAL: Flush system with ambient water. Prepare a 0.5% to 2% by volume solution of product in water. Water temperature selection should be based on the nature and degree of soil or scale to be removed. Circulate solution for 30 to 60 minutes. Drain system. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.
